  2. Roll Call / Establishment of Quorum
  3. Executive Session
  1. Background: The Board has several personnel items to discuss in Executive Session.

    Suggested Motion: I move to adjourn to an Executive Session to discuss personnel items.

  1. Suggested Motion: I move to reconvene the Board meeting.
  2. Background: Based on the discussion during the Executive Session, a motion needs to be made.
  3. Suggested Motion: I move to approve the decisions made in the Executive Session.
