Meeting will be held at the LTA Clubhouse

1. Pledge of Allegiance
2. Call to order – President asks LTA member to call the meeting to order, stating his/her name, address and/or lot number
3. Roll Call of Board
4. President asks the membership:
   • Are there any corrections to the minutes of the 2022 Annual Meeting
     1. Suggested motion & second by the Membership to approve by unanimous consent (Members state their name, address and/or lot number)
   • Ask for the Treasurer’s Report
     1. Suggested motion & second by the Membership to approve by unanimous consent (Members state their name, address and/or lot number)
   • Ask for Teller Committee Report: NONE
5. President’s Report
6. Announce & Thank the outgoing Board of Directors
   • Words from any outgoing Board of Directors
7. Announce & seat the new Directors serving 2-year terms
   • If any vacancies, announce those Directors, TBD, will be appointed for 1-year terms at the November 18, 2023 Board meeting
8. Action of New Board
   • Nominate, select, and announce officers for the New Board:

President, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer
