  2. Roll Call / Establishment of Quorum
  3. Approval of Agenda
  4. Comments by Members regarding Agenda Items
  5. Resignation of Board Member(s)
  6. Replace any Vacancies on the Board
  7. Election of Officers (President, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurer)
  8. Association Appointments: Attorney, Bookkeeper, Recording Secretary, etc.
  9. Announce 2024 Meeting Schedule
  10. Adjournment
