7. The next regular LTA meeting will be Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 9:00 AM
8. Adjournment - There being no further business for this open meeting of the Board, a
motion is in order to adjourn the open meeting and move to closed session for the Board
to discuss personnel. Note: There will be a motion following the closed session to
approve the decisions reached in the closed session.
