1. Discuss any additional funding needed for the lake weed control program
2. Discuss moving money from the Hometown National Bank money market to a CD at Hometown National Bank for 7 months at 4.96%.
3. Discuss moving the funds in the EMS Commission account to the Operating Fund and close the account.
4. Discuss transferring $4,000 to the General Administrative Account from the Operating Account

1. There will not be a Special Board meeting over Memorial Day weekend to approve the May 18 minutes for publication.
2. The next regular LTA meeting will be Saturday June 15, 2024 at 9:00 A.M.

17. Adjournment - There being no further business for this open meeting of the Board, a motion is in order to adjourn the open meeting and move to closed session for the Board to discuss personnel. Note: There will be a motion following the closed session to approve any decisions reached in the closed session.
