15. New Business

1. Discuss revising the Watercraft safety rules to make the rule for children under 13 wearing PFDs when “underway” more clear.
2. Discuss an on-line reservation system for fee collection.
3. Discuss new boat slips to be installed at the south boat launch.
4. Discuss collecting information on members that may need help in case of bad weather or a power outage.
5. Discuss plans for a dog park.
6. Discuss transferring $100,000 from the MidAmerica Operating Account to the Midland Payroll Account. 
7. Discuss transferring $3,000 to the General Administrative Account from the MidAmerica Operating Account.

1. The next regular LTA meeting will be Saturday November 16, 2024 at 9:00 A.M.
2. The Annual Membership meeting will be November 3, 2024, at 1:30 P.M. CST.
3. A Special Board meeting will be held immediately following the Annual Meeting.

18. Adjournment - There being no further business for this open meeting of the Board, a motion is in order to adjourn the open meeting and move to a closed session for the Board to discuss personnel. Note: There will be a motion following the closed session to approve any decisions made.
