FCC Map For Internet service I know many of you have been frustrated about the lack of good fast internet service available to you at Lake Thunderbird. In 2018 Congress appropriated funds to rural areas to help fund the infrastructure for broadband (high speed) internet. Lake Thunderbird was excluded from any grant money because Frontier erroneously reported to the FCC that they already supplied us with broadband speed (25 mbps download speed).
