Closed Session Recording Secretary/Scribe

The LTA Board is advertising a paid position for someone to be the secretary/scribe during Closed Session meetings of the Board.

Closed session topics can include matters pertaining to legal issues before the Board, individual member issues, or personnel discussions; therefore, the candidate will need to assure the Board of their ability to maintain confidentiality.
