Clubhouse
We offer affordable rental fees for our Clubhouse for members and non-members. A perfect place to hold your next family reunion, wedding or other event. Contact the office for availability.
RENTALS
Weddings:
Clubhouse air conditioning included
Property Owner – $600.00
Non-owner – $1200.00
Security Deposit – $250.00
Each Hour After Midnight – $100.00
Cleaning Service – Call Office
Special Events:
Property Owners only may rent the clubhouse for small events other than weddings at the following rates, air conditioning included:
Up to 25 people – $75.00
26 to 50 people – $100.00
51 to 75 people – $175.00
Security Deposit – $250.00
If liquor is to be served, Dram Shop Insurance will be required at the renter’s cost. All renters will be required to enter a Hold Harmless Agreement with the Association regardless of event.
The following organizations will not be charged for the use of the clubhouse:
Boy Scouts
Girl Scouts
4-H Clubs
Firemen and Police
Church Groups
LTA Committees/Clubs
